1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ChangeProof ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description & No Liability

ChangeProof provides a digital documentation utility for contractors and their clients to record change order approvals. We are strictly a software provider. We are not a party to any contract, agreement, or financial transaction between the contractor and the client.

We bear zero liability for construction quality, project execution, timelines, safety, or payment disputes. All legal and financial obligations remain solely between the contractor and the end client.

3. ESIGN Act Compliance

By using this platform to send or approve change orders, both parties consent to use electronic signatures and records. The IP address, timestamp, and device metadata collected during approval are used to satisfy the requirements of the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating change orders and not to use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or a platform notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
