We use the collected information to operate, maintain, and improve ChangeProof. The audit trail data is used exclusively to generate verifiable approval records for contractors and their clients. We do not use your project data for marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal data. Information is only shared when necessary to provide the service (e.g., cloud hosting providers) or to comply with legal obligations. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data at rest and in transit.
